Mr. Lord Asare (Founder)
Mr. Lord Asare is the founder of L&T Properties Limited and is a seasoned real estate developer with two decades of experience in the industry. Throughout a distinguished career, Mr. Lord Asare has established a reputation for excellence, reliability, and innovation in real estate development. With a portfolio boasting the completion of approximately 20 buildings and structures, Mr. Asare has significantly contributed to the urban landscape, transforming ideas into tangible, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Mr. Asare has managed and overseen the development of a wide array of projects, ranging from residential complexes and commercial buildings to mixed-use developments and public infrastructure.
Tracy Akua-Adobea Asare
(Co-Founder)
Tracy Akua-Adobea Asare is the co-founder of L&T Properties Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Actuarial Science from York University, Canada and a Masters Degree in International Energy and Energy Finance from University of Dundee, Scotland, UK. Prior to establishing L&T Properties Limited, Tracy worked with Ghana National Gas Limited Company as a business strategist. She also worked at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) under the investment banking known as Dominion Securities, Toronto. After her tenure at RBC DS, she worked as a Projector Cordinator at the Office of President in Ghana with The Second Lady (Samira Empowerment and Humanitarian Project – SEHP). Tracy has also established many businesses such as J4 Oil & Gas Limited, A4 Securites Limited.
